Meeting and
Contract

After the reviews, the initial information is provided to the employer and after the decision to sign the contract, the time of the meeting is determined. The contracts are set in two separate sections of project design and execution.

Visit and
Project review

Visit the project site and receive initial information and requests from the employer about the project, analyze and report on the results of initial visits and discussions, and review national building codes and regulations.

Implementation and
Project Management

After the approval of the plan by the employer, all 2D and 3D drawings are prepared for implementation and the list of meters, estimates and costs of the project are announced. After concluding the execution contract, the execution and project management executive teams start and the status report is presented to the employer in different phases.

Designing

After concluding the contract, the relevant departments (architecture, decoration, green architecture, urban design, etc.) will start and follow the design process. All relevant rules, national building regulations, etc. will be reviewed and applied at this stage. Design ideas are presented to the client in specialized meetings after completion.
